Why was my Bangladeshi card declined?
Bangladesh Bank rules restrict outbound foreign-currency card payments, so most domestic cards are blocked for international giving by default. Ask your bank to enable international transactions, use a dual-currency or international credit card, or ask a family member abroad to give on your behalf.
Can I donate from Bangladesh in taka?
Not directly. Our checkout does not settle in BDT, so your card is billed in the nearest supported currency, usually US dollars, and your bank applies the card network's conversion rate. The charged amount is always shown before you confirm.
Can I give my Zakat to Palestine from Bangladesh?
Yes. Select the Zakat option and your gift is directed only to Zakat-eligible recipients under our 100% Zakat policy, with administrative costs covered from separate funds.
