Your donation funds humanitarian aid: emergency food, clean water, medical supplies, shelter and education for families in Gaza and across Palestine, delivered through local partner teams. Each campaign page shows what specific amounts can buy (these are cost estimates). A spending breakdown will be published on the Transparency page; it is not available yet.

Yes. Each gift gets its own one-time address from our payment processor, CryptAPI, which forwards it to our wallet automatically. We will never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase. Only use an address created for you on our Donate page, match the coin to the network you picked, and send at least the minimum shown.

Absolutely. A crypto transfer doesn't require your name or email, so your gift is anonymous unless you choose to contact us. If you do share your details for a receipt, they are never shown in any public donor listing.

Crypto donations are one-time transfers. We can't pull payments from your wallet, so there is no automatic recurring option. If you want to give regularly, you can send a new gift whenever you choose.

Yes. If you give an email when you start your gift, we email a confirmation once it arrives. Otherwise contact us with the reference shown on the page or the transaction ID. We can also prepare an annual giving summary on request.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USDT on three networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) and Solana (SPL). Pick your coin and network on the Donate page to get a one-time address for your gift. Coins sent on the wrong network may be lost permanently.

Crypto transfers can't be reversed by us or by anyone else. If you sent a donation in error, contact us within 14 days with the transaction ID and we'll review your request. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Campaigns marked "Zakat-eligible" fund aid for the poor and needy. Gifts made through a Zakat button are recorded as Zakat and kept for eligible recipients, and our own running costs are not paid from Zakat. One cost applies to every crypto gift: the payment processor CryptAPI keeps 1% plus the network fee before the funds reach us. If you are unsure how that affects your Zakat, ask your scholar.

Zakat is the obligatory annual almsgiving required of eligible Muslims, calculated on qualifying wealth, and must reach specific categories of recipients. Sadaqah is voluntary charity of any amount, given at any time. We accept both, and clearly mark which campaigns are Zakat-eligible.

Funds go to local partner teams who live in the communities they serve and work through recognised humanitarian channels. Partner names are not published, for their safety. Distribution reports will be added to the Transparency page as they are completed; until then we do not quote delivery figures we cannot document.

We have not published a financial breakdown yet, so we do not quote a percentage. The Transparency page lists the reports we will publish and their status. The one cost we can state now is the payment processor's fee: CryptAPI keeps 1% plus the network fee for forwarding each gift.

Not at present. We do not publish a charity registration number, and gifts are not tax-deductible anywhere. If registration details become available, they will be added to the Transparency page. If you need to know more before giving, contact us and we will answer directly.

Employer matching schemes usually require a registered charity, so matching is not currently possible. Companies can still give in crypto or sponsor a campaign. Visit our Corporate Partnerships page or email us to talk it through.

We rely on volunteers for fundraising, events, translation, digital campaigns and professional pro-bono support. Field volunteering is limited to qualified specialists due to the operating environment. Apply through our Volunteer page and our team will be in touch.
