Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Fight for Palestine Foundation (“Fight for Palestine”, “we”, “us”) and any donation you make through it. By using the site or making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the platform

Fight for Palestine is a humanitarian donation platform that raises funds for food, clean water, medical care, shelter and education programmes serving families in Gaza and across Palestine, delivered with vetted local partner organizations. Information about our legal status, governance and finances is published on our Transparency page; if you require specific documentation for due diligence or tax purposes, contact us before donating.

Donations

• All donations are voluntary gifts made in support of our humanitarian mission. Once completed, a donation is a gift and not a purchase of goods or services.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By donating you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We never see or store your full card details.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that funds donated are your own or you are authorised to give them.
• We make no representation on this website that donations are tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. Whether a donation qualifies for tax relief depends on your local law and our registration status in your country — contact us if you need documentation.
• Where you select a specific campaign, we apply your gift to that campaign. If a campaign becomes fully funded or circumstances on the ground make delivery impossible, we may redirect funds to the closest equivalent programme need — this flexibility is standard humanitarian practice and lets aid keep moving.

Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring gift (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly), your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at that interval until you cancel. You can cancel or change a recurring donation at any time by emailing donations@fightforpalestine.org; cancellations take effect before your next scheduled charge whenever reasonably possible.

Refunds

If you made a donation in error — wrong amount, duplicate charge, or an unauthorised transaction — contact us within 14 days of the donation and we will review and process eligible refunds promptly. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its data;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping, denial-of-service or vulnerability probing without authorisation;
• submit false, defamatory or abusive content through our forms; or
• impersonate Fight for Palestine or fundraise in our name without written permission.

Community fundraising

If you fundraise for us through your own event or page, you must represent our work accurately, comply with local fundraising law, and remit funds raised in our name to us. We may ask you to stop using our name and materials at any time.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, graphics and logos — belongs to Fight for Palestine Foundation or its licensors. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes supporting our mission with attribution; any other use requires written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep information accurate and the platform secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page. Changes apply from the moment they are posted and do not affect donations already completed.
